1993 Fleer Ultra Series 2 Baseball Hobby Box

Configuration: 36 packs per box. 15 cards per pack

1993 Ultra piggybacked off the success of the 1992 product going so far as to mimic the previous year’s design and simply changing the color scheme. It was released in two series containing a total of 650 cards (Series One #1-300 & Series Two #301-650). The extra 50 cards in series two were for the two new expansion teams, the Florida Marlins and Colorado Rockies.

Continuing the growing trend of pack-inserted autographs, 1993 Ultra featured Dennis Eckersley in a Career Highlights set which also contained rare autographed versions. He signed 2000 total cards, each one embossed with a Fleer stamp for authenticity. It is unknown how many autographed copies of each of the 10 different cards were signed.
