1981 Donruss Baseball Hobby Box

Configuration: 36 packs per box. 18 cards + 1 stick of gum per pack

1981 Donruss was the first iteration of the name brand that later became Donruss/Leaf/Playoff. It also marked the only time Donruss brand cards had gum in their packs. The 604 card set was only released in box form. As expected for a company’s first printing, the set was littered with errors, most of which were corrected in later runs.
